Users can go to the `/messages` page and see all their conversations, but they can't send messages just yet.

Users still might not see groups that they haven't sent a message in, which needs to be addressed before finalizing this feature. User's should also be connected to the WS connection and not reading messages from the DB. Furthermore, the application of a hotline has not been addressed yet.
